Jessica was absolutely fantastic throughout our tile selection appointment. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us create a cohesive look for our new home. With so many decisions to make, the process could have felt overwhelming, but Jessica made it enjoyable and stress-free. She took the time to understand our style, offered thoughtful recommendations, and helped us balance both aesthetics and budget. What impressed us most was her attention to detail and ability to visualise how different selections would work together across the entire home. We had an excellent experience working with Joanna Redfearn at ColorTile Wentworthville throughout our selections and design process for our new home. Joanna was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and extremely helpful from start to finish. She took the time to understand our requirements, guided us through the selection process, and was always willing to assist with any questions or changes we had along the way. More recently, Joanna went above and beyond in assisting us with additional screeding works for our powder room and laundry. She proactively discussed the matter with the Vogue supervisor and ensured all flooring would have a smooth transition and consistent finish, which gave us great confidence moving forward. Her communication, attention to detail, willingness to help, and genuine care for the customer experience have made the process much easier and more enjoyable. ColorTile should be very proud to have a staff member of Joanna’s calibre representing their business. Her professionalism, commitment, and customer service are truly outstanding. We used ColorTile Wentworthville for our home build, and the experience with Joanna was outstanding from start to finish. She was such a pleasure to work with. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly and genuinely cared about getting the vision right for our family, all while keeping our budget in mind. She has a great eye for design and really took the time to listen; her suggestions were always spot-on. She was patient, knowledgeable, and very organised throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed, and she always took the time to answer questions - both at the showroom and via email - and it never felt like it was too much trouble for her. She even organised samples for me to take home, which made the final decisions so much easier and the whole selection process quick and seamless. A big thank you to Joanna and ColorTile Wentworthville for making the process of selecting tiles stress-free. My sincere thanks to Jessica at ColourTile at Wentworthville for assisting us to select our tiles for our new house build. It seemed like an overwhelming task but Jessica made it fun and is very experienced to guide the way to help choose the tiles we were happy with and without breaking the budget. She has great knowledge of what tiles go together and she listens to what you like and has a good read of the vision you are trying to achieve. I highly recommend you arrange an appointment to make your tile shopping so much easier.

Jessica was really helpful at a critical moment when I needed to decide the tile selections for our bathrooms. It was in the last few days before deadline and she helped me choose between ceramic vs porcelain, the colours, tile size and placements in the floor plan. We weren’t purchasing directly from Colortile, rather it was our builder. So she didn’t have to go in that much detail, which shows her exceptional service.

we had a pretty smooth 'take us through' session on tile selection for the 2nd time. Jessica was well prepared beforehand and helped took us to choose from builder selection plus a few upgrades. End of the day, we were happy with pricing. I look forward to see the choices getting laid with a great outcome. Shall recommend wentworthville color tile for pricing and selection.

5 Star Service from ColorTile Padstow. From the first time walking into the store and meeting Kylie our experience from choosing everything we needed to do our bathrooms and laundry Kylie was a pleasure to deal with. Her customer service went above and beyond expectations from beginning to end. Id also like to mention Jamie, who went out of his way to help. Id Like to add, that Colortile Miranda, could learn a lot from the staff at Padstow. Two female staff members there really need to look at their customer service .

ColorTile was our tile supplier for our knock down rebuilt project and have had an excellent experience with them. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to help. To make sure I was 100% happy with my selections my partner and I went to the Wentworthville showroom numerous times. Our selections assistant was Joanna who was more than accommodating. We went through multiple changes to our selections, and though every alteration, Joanna has been extremely patient. I can be somewhat of an overbearing customer. I ask questions non-stop and throughout the whole process Joanna was very generous with her time and support. I even asked for samples of our selections and she was able to accommodate my request. There was not a single time Joanna and ColorTile did not go out of their way to make sure we were fully satisfied with our selections. This also occured during a challenging transitioning period due to the new NCC drainage changes. I highly recommend ColorTile Wentworthville.
