Joy and the team are incredibly helpful and have an amazing knowledge of their products and fabulous ideas which really helped me pull together our renovation. We used color tile for our floors inside and out and wall tiles including feature tiles in the bathrooms and kitchens. The whole process was seamless from the showroom experience to delivery.

They also recommended a Tiler who was available very quickly and did an amazing job tiling our kitchen splashback. Couldn't be happier 🙂

Instead of a straight-out “no, we can’t help you,” the staff welcomed us warmly and ushered us downstairs to the area where all the sample tiles are kept. They told us to help ourselves and that whatever we found, we could have. It was such a pleasant surprise! The staff were genuinely helpful and went out of their way to assist us, even though it was later in the day. It’s rare to find that kind of customer service these days. Highly recommend—thank you again!

A huge thankyou to Leili at ColorTile who spent many hours with us selecting tiles for bathrooms, indoor/outdoor entertainment areas for our new home. From the moment we walked in the showroom it was gold star service. Overall we spent about 10 hours deciding in store over a number of visits and Leili was always available to assist, even staying back after hours one Saturday afternoon. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for her as she shared her knowledge and expertise in helping us create beautiful spaces in our home. At this stage we have selected all our tiles and ready to place the order. Leili is efficient, keeping us updated with quotes and variations and providing sample tiles in a timely manner. As you can read I can't speak highly enough of her. The ColorTile showroom itself is nicely presented with a large range of tiles. We went to a couple of large competitors in the Brookvale/Manly Vale area prior to visiting ColorTile and were extremely disappointed as the service was almost non-existent. I'm looking forward to posting another review regarding taking delivery of the tiles and after sales customer experience. So far the experience has exceeded our expectations and has been very smooth.
