We came to look at some tiles for ideas for our laundry renovation and were served by Kylie. She is an absolute gem and such an attribute to the team here. She helped us find our perfect tile and was patient when we wanted to confirm later in the day by taking our photos home to check they matched our soon-to-be benchtop. During the renovation of an ensuite bathroom, there was an accident where a contractor damaged part of a wall and some pipework in the wall. The plumber fixed the pipework but the repair of the wall and tiling was a big problem due to the age of the original tile work. The wall and tiling needed to be repaired before further work could proceed, so everything was held up. Jamie, Alicia, Kylie and Ryan at Tile Giant were just fabulous! They understood the problems, found the correct tiles quickly, gave great advice and even supplied contact details for tilers to complete the work. That is wonderful customer service! Another great review for a great business!

Viisited Tile Giant in padstow and the service was exceptional. Kylie is incredibly knowledgeable about the wide variety of tiles available and patiently guided me through the selection process. What impressed me most was Kylie's genuine kindness and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I found the perfect tiles. She answered all my questions thoroughly and had the patience of a saint! Thanks Kylie for your expertise and outstanding customer service!

Sorry this review is so soooo overdue. We met lovely Kylie September last year. She was so professional and lovely. I doubt anyone can fault her knowledge n service delivery. She's really a GEM to have in the company. A very pleasant n respectfful lady PS: Kylie, hope your foot is all good now. I promise if we come your way. I visited Tile Giant this afternoon at Padstow and was looking to replace the tiles cracked on my front step. The gentleman who served me was very helpful. He matched a larger tile which could be cut to make smaller tiles and then said "It's ok mate.. you can have it for free" I offered to pay, however, he would not accept any money. You don't see that very often. Their showroom is immaculate with a massive selection. Thank you.

We met Kylie about 2 weeks ago. Our first interaction was met with a warm, friendly smile. She spent a considerable amount of time explaining all the tiles. it took us 2 weeks to decide. During that whole time, Kylie remained positive and patient. She gave first class service every time. I would recommend Kylie to all my family and friends. Well done Kylie. Keep the good work up.

After visiting a few tile shops with mixed results, we visited ColorTile at Padstow on a friends recommendation. We met Kylie on our first visit and she was exceptional with her knowledge of tiles and ideas with colours. She took her time to chat with us and placed tile options with our colour choices for taps, sinks and benches. She helped us pick all our tiles and was very price competitive. She kept us informed the whole way through and we couldn’t be happier. Kylie showed a genuine interest in our place and this made things more enjoyable. We highly recommend ColorTile Padstow

I can’t rate enough the store itself, with a variety of choices and the most professional service provided by Jamie. He is a very knowledgeable, helpful and a lovely guy to deal with. Nowadays when we face incompetence everywhere, Jamie is a light in the darkness. He is the right person for the customers like us, who need professional consultation. I can't recommend Colortile Padstow highly enough. Kylie has been fantastic helping us choose tiles. We were lost with all the options but Kylie worked with us and her suggested tile was spot on.

We couldn't be happy the Kylie's advice and insight for our renovation. Our favourite aspect of the whole transformation is the Penny Round Marble Splash back. Not far behind us the floor tiles we selected for bathroom . We did our homework and Kylie certainly provided a far superior product at significantly better value, than what was on offer from other stores. Even the ones with red shirts and green aprons! Highly Recommend!!
