After leaving another tile showroom feeling completely overwhelmed from their dismissal range and lack of inspiration on display, walking into Colortile Miranda was a breath of fresh air. Combine the showroom and the customer service from Carol and Blake. I was impressed. Thanks for such a great experience!

Had a great experience with Carol and the team, highly recommend ColourTile. Great in store and out of store service. I’ll be going back for stage 2 of our renovations for more supplies 🙂 tiling still being completed, so I can’t attach pictures.

Never shopped for tiles before...didn't know what to expect but I was very impressed. Amazing selection of tiles. Both of the employees Emily and Dylan were absolutely wonderful, so knowledgeable and very friendly. Helped us decide on our purchase with their expertise. I would highly reccomend!

Great Service and Tile Selection The service is fantastic and very helpful. Especially Carol who was very patient and offered different options to help with the color and tile selection. From the moment I walked in the door, our consultant Emily was professional, easy to talk to and helped us out with all our tiling needs quickly and without stress. Emily even gets bonus points for dealing expertly with a husband and wife team who wanted different things!! Emily made the whole experience that we found initially daunting, into an exciting and seamless service. Tiles were ordered and delivered when promised and I love that we could access our order locally and quickly. Thank you Emily for making this the exciting experience choosing tiles and flooring for our house we hoped it would be.! Highly recommend.

Recently purchased tiles and pc items for main bathroom, laundry and ensuite through Colortile Miranda. Carol was the person who guided me through the process and also gave expert advice when needed, she is great. The only issue (wasn’t an issue though because Carol fixed it as soon as we realised) was one towel rail was missing from delivery, they immediately ordered another one and there were no delays. Photos of main bathroom although we haven’t painted yet, it still looks fab IMHO. Fairly large bathroom 3.5m x 3.5m

The post purchase customer service was spot on, thank you Monique. 12 months down the track we had a small problem with our toilet seat fixings, Monique got on to the Wholesale supplier and got us a new seat etc; within a few days. Great company to do business with.
