I’ve used Colour Tiles for two major bathroom renovations, and each experience has been exceptional. Their team really knows their craft and makes what can feel like an overwhelming process so much easier. They work from your bathroom plans, take the time to understand your style and preferences, remain mindful of your budget, and then provide all of your selections to both you and your builder, making the whole process seamless. When one of my closest friends of 20 years needed help choosing tiles for her very first renovation, I immediately recommended Colour Tiles—and so did her builder. The renovation was especially important because the home belongs to an elderly family member who was relying on her to make the right decisions. She arrived feeling incredibly nervous and anxious, worried about getting everything perfect. Amanda was absolutely wonderful. She listened with genuine care, reassured my friend every step of the way, and guided her through the selection process with patience and expertise. Within just 30 minutes, my friend walked out feeling excited, confident, and genuinely looking forward to her renovation. Amanda, thank you. You probably didn’t realise the level of anxiety my friend was carrying before she walked through your doors, but your kindness, calm approach and ability to really listen made all the difference. The confidence you gave her was priceless. I couldn’t recommend Colour Tiles and Amanda more highly.

ColorTile Coffs provided excellent service and quality products. Of the 4 local stores I visited, the service I received from Dominique was well above all of the others. She patiently showed me options, to try and match the picture of what I wanted that was in my head, and within my budget. Nothing was too much trouble. When Dominique wasn't available, the other staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. My bathroom tiles are excellent quality and look amazing. Looking forward to ordering again for my next bathroom reno.

We are very happy with the result of our new build project. With Dominique’s help and design consultation. We were able to pick the perfect tiles for all our wet areas, kitchen and bathrooms. She even hooked us up with a magician of a tiler to lay our French pattern tiles. We highly recommend Colortile Coffs Harbour and Dominique.

10/10. If you're looking for tiles for any project - this team will help you find the perfect tile. The knowledge, passion, warmth and initiative Colour tile staff have is unlike any other tile store we visited. Staff member - Precious, was my saving grace to our first bathroom reno, patiently supporting my partner and I through what to me was a VERY stressful decision, while we chopped and changed our mind every visit to what colour tile we wanted. Precious even took the initiative to keep looking for our perfect tile whilst we weren’t in store – AND SHE FOUND THEM! The service from ColourTiles was so incredible we also ordered our vanity from here and will be doing our living room flooring through them. The displays in this store are fantastic, nothing is ever too much hassle, communication is on point and there is a great variety of tiles and prices so you can find the right fit for your project.

The ColorTile Team are the best!! Everyone is so knowledgeable and experienced at all facets of the tile trade. Their updated showroom is exceptional and they have so many of tiles - from basic to bespoke. I love going in and getting my tiling issues solved!! Ms Precious has been a delight to deal with! In actual fact the whole team has been outstanding in finding the right tiles to make our kitchen look stunning! I have been in this store 4x for a variety of tiling needs and every interaction with the staff have been above all expectations. The manager was easy going and spoke highly of the competency of his staff, and Claudia (who I purchased with) remembered my name and tile order 2 months later when returning to get grout. Thank you to all for taking the care to understand how important customer service still is and will take you in this world.

Very helpful and informative. The team at ColorTile actually help you with choosing a tile that will both look great and function well in your space. Easy to get sample tiles and they have great displays of tessellated tile patterns. We were looking at very expensive tiles but ended up with a great looking alternative that is easy to lay and maintain.
