It will takes up to 14 days for you receive your order from the order day. A order confirmation will be with tracking details once order has been dispatched.

It takes 14 business days for you receive your order from order day. As you placed your order week ago, we are still processing it and will send you an email confirmation as soon as it is dispatched.

Any claims for broken, damaged or short deliveries, must be communicated to ColorTile within 24 hours from time of delivery.

The delivery company will not deliver to your front door. This means that they will drive to the nearest access point possible to the intended address and you will be required to collect from there. If your shipment contains a pallet then you will be required to take the individual packages from the pallet into your home. You will not receive any assistance from the driver.

Your tiles will be delivered securely strapped and covered to keep them safe. It will be transported to your kerbside utilising a forklift or a tail-lift vehicle. Please realise that the driver is not permitted to move the products past this point due to occupational health and safety and insurance concerns. Please make sure the builder, tiler, or a friend is present to assist in moving the order as needed.
