Can’t thank Layla enough for all of her help!! We ended up changing our mind a few times and she was nothing but patient, understanding and talked us through the specifics of each tile. We found a tile we are in love with and thank Layla for it all coming together so perfectly!!

Great customer service! Went to the store last Saturday where Kelly really took the time to listen to our DIY idea and then helped us to pick an amazing tile that would be suitable to the project. Then Reece, who I think was not even scheduled to work that day, went above and beyond to talk us through what we would need and show us how to work the tile cutter. It is amazing that they offer the hire of a tile cutter. It made the job easier. Thanks you ColorTile, Highly recommend!

We called into your shop to ask about cleaning & maintenance of our shower tiles. Peter immediately offered to come to our house to inspect and advise.
He then spent the best part of 40 minutes on his hands and knees scrubbing and testing various cleaning agents to find out what would work best for us.
Way beyond what we expected and greatly appreciated.
